The villa was absolutely amazing-my favorite thing was the outdoor patio that I sat on for hours each day, watching the sunset, looking out towards the water. The villa was clean, we had what we needed in terms of supplies, and everyone at the resort was incredibly helpful. Michael J
  • Mar 26, 2022 Four Star Excellent place to stay for our vacation. Loved the pools, beach and koi pond. Amenities were a short walk away which was very convenient or a short drive to Target, Costco etc. Our unit was in very good condition with plenty of basic necessities. Having coffee on the lanai was nice however our unit was right by the service entrance where all the workers came in and congregated. Not a huge deal.Staff we’re very friendly and looked after all our needs. I would highly recommend Ola properties to anyone. Aloha! Peter T
  • Mar 19, 2017 “Rarely give 5 stars, but this place deserves it!” We visit Hawaii regularly and were looking for somewhere on Oahu, away from the hussle and bussle of Waikiki. We wanted somewhere where we could self-cater and bbq. Well, we found the perfect spot at The Beach Villas. We have just returned from a fabulous week there. We booked through Ola Properties and their communication was faultless. We were sent photo of the apartment we had booked and given an opportunity to change (upgrade) if we felt we wanted to. On arrival in Hawaii we were contacted by Kawika our Ola representative. When we arrived at KoOlina he met us and sorted our parking and then helped us with our bags and settled us into our apartment. He was so friendly and welcoming - outstanding. Our week went by too quickly. We enjoyed all the facililties on the property - the quiet pool a favourite spot. The lagoon was perfect - so safe and clean and never crowded. We bbq'd every night and enjoyed sitting on our lanai with a pre-dinner drink and watching the sun go down. The apartment was well equipped. Full kitchen, comfortably furnished living area. The bed was a king sized futon and very comfortable. We had laundry facililties. The bathrooms were modern with a huge bath and good sized shower. The second bathroom and bedroom we never used, but they looked excellent as well. There is a small shopping centre at KoOlina but we often went to Kapolei for shopping (10 mins drive away). KoOlina is an hours drive from Waikiki and you really need a car to stay there. It's perfect if you like to self cater - we didn't find anything local that we liked for dining - everything was very expensive. We tried Longboard at the Marriott but were disappointed in that and wished we'd just bbq'd again. There were plenty of cheap options in takeaway type places in Kapolei and unless you want to get ripped off at the other resorts in the area, I'd recommend self catering.   • Dec 28, 2015 Lovely condo This was a very nice condo with most everything you would need to do laundry and cook meals, however the only thing is the garbage truck parks close to the balcony area and empties the trash everyday for several minutes, this was a slight issue for us because we have a toddler who would always nap around the time the garbage pickup was. The lanai has a great view of the mountains but also faces the guest parking lot. Also the outdoor cushions on the patio furniture could use a good cleaning. Gretchen C

The main living area includes a full kitchen, dining area for up to 6 people, high-speed internet, 4K curved screen TV with its own Netflix account, and a private balcony overlooking the breathtaking, tranquil view of Ko Olina Island. There are two bedrooms in this unit, and included in each bedroom is a Tempurpedic mattress for maximum relaxation when you are done for the day. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the villa to ensure privacy, and each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom.
This villa is the best family-friendly getaway option in all of Ko Olina. It doesn’t matter whether you are planning a family vacation or reunion, this combination of luxury, convenience, and location at Ola Properties will truly be the experience of a lifetime!
Note: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina is having an exterior painting project for this unit that is scheduled on 01/10/2023 - 02/23/2023. 
According to the schedule, you will NOT be able to access the villa’s lanai during working hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday). While you will be able to use the lanai outside of those hours, furniture cannot be on the lanai during working hours either.  The lanai furniture would be removed and replaced with lightweight foldable chairs prior to the start date of the painting project. We cannot guarantee the furniture shown in the listing pictures will be available for your stay if your stay dates are on or close to the dates of the scheduled project. 
Attractions: Located in the serene, peaceful Ko Olina atmosphere, you are at the heart of all the various attractions that this year-round tourist destination has to offer; choose to spend your days on the Ko Olina Championship golf course or at the Marina; relax at one of the four breathtaking sandy lagoons, pamper yourself at the award-winning Disney Spa and/or spoil the kids at the Aulani Disney Resort. Enjoy breath-taking sunsets, experience an authentic Hawaiian luau at Paradise Cove, a barbeque by the pool or a relaxing evening stroll through the beautiful island of Ko Olina. 
Area: This romantic yet family-friendly resort is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets  and other attractions such as Historic Ewa Town,  Hawaii’s Plantation Village, and Dole Cannery. The Polynesian Cultural Center is definitely worth a visit and you’ll experience many traditional must-sees along the way – such as the historic surfing town of Haleiwa, and Hawaii’s infamous North Shore Beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline, and Turtle Beach to name a few. Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further. The resort is just a short drive away from K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway, and Costco for souvenirs and all your shopping needs.

Please note that your unit has 1 complimentary compact-sized parking space, and any additional vehicles will require a one-time fee of $25.00. Oversized vehicles have a one-time fee of $50.00. All additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note: A scheduled lanai repair will be underway to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the property. There will be limited access to the lanai, between the dates of May 9 to 10, 2024. The work is estimated to take between 4-6 hours and every effort will be made to minimize disruption. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve your experience.
